JUST A FEW NOTES RE RESERVATIONS.

Our minimum stay is 3 nights, although, in high season, it may be 4 nights.

An automatic damage deposit of £125 is applied to all bookings. This will be refunded as soon as the property has been inspected and approved.

• We do not charge for small breakages, such as a mug or glass, but please do let us know if anything needs replacing for the next guests. Thank you.

Please note; If there is major, especially wilful, damage which exceeds the £125 to repair, or cannot be repaired before our next guests check in, we will need to charge the difference and will contact you to discuss this.
